Now that the board was finished, the parts were soldered on. I also tried to make a silkscreen layer using the toner transfer method, but it didn't turn out too well.

The hardest part of making it was soldering the wires and female headers to the potentiometers and switches. Next time I think I won't use the headers and just solder straight to the board.

Now it was time to fire it up! The function generator worked as expected, producing a nice clean signal between 1Hz and 1MHz. The THD and Symmetry adjustments are not really needed unless you have problems with the output or want to change how the output works. Below are two outputs shown on my oscilloscope of the sine and square wave respectively.

I'm not quite sure how much current this can drive. If you wanted to test out things that would have a relatively low impedence (like speakers) then an amplifier may be needed.
