Its a development tool for the MSP430 range of microcontrollers made by Texas Instruments. You can get them for $20 I believe.
The little chip on the right of the board is the actual microcontroller, and can be detached from the main USB board if needed.
I have not had a chance to play around with it much, but they are quite a cool device. |
